Uzoma Ekenna

Uzoma Ekenna is a Government Relations Manager at Athene, where she represents the company across domestic and international regulatory forums and supports policy engagement on issues including retirement security, regulatory modernization, reinsurance, private credit and investment risk. Before joining Athene, Uzoma held government relations roles at Pacific Life and Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing PAC operations, compliance, policy research, and stakeholder engagement. She also previously worked at Wiley Rein LLP and in the U.S. House of Representatives. Uzoma holds an M.A. in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and a B.S. in International and Comparative Politics from Appalachian State University.
