Michael Witt

Michael W. Witt is Vice President and Senior Actuary with Reinsurance Group of America (RGA). He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) with more than 21 years of actuarial and insurance leadership experience. At RGA, he leads inforce management for the U.S. Individual Life business, guiding strategic initiatives that improve financial performance, create embedded value, and strengthen client relationships. Prior to joining RGA in 2014, he was a Consulting Actuary with Milliman, where he built and led the São Paulo Life Practice. He also serves on the Board of College Bound in St. Louis and frequently volunteers as a sports coach. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and History from The College of William & Mary.
