Joni Kazmierczak

Joni Kazmierczak is the Vice President of Operations at Catholic Order of Foresters, bringing over 11 years of dedicated expertise to the fraternal insurance sector. Her comprehensive background spans organizational governance, information technology, cybersecurity, business analysis, new business, insurance services, and member engagement. Known for bridging the gap between people, processes, and technology, Joni is committed to driving strategic objectives that benefit her organization, teams, and members.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Joni is deeply invested in community leadership. She actively serves on local school district committees, holds PTA executive roles, and volunteers in youth sports and scouting—contributions that earned her recognition as a local Character Counts! honoree.

Joni holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work and family life, she is an avid trail runner frequently training for her next half marathon.
