WASHINGTON – The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) honored graduates of its 2025 Rising Leader program today during the ACLI Annual Conference in Nashville, TN. The 25 program participants successfully completed the year-long program that prepares them with the skills and knowledge they need to be tomorrow’s industry leaders.
“The Rising Leader program equips industry professionals with the skills needed to support the industry's work helping Americans’ build greater financial and retirement security,” said ACLI President and CEO David Chavern. “We commend these future leaders for their achievements over the past year and thank them for their dedication to the industry and its policyholders.”
Rising Leader program participants are employees of member companies and are chosen from a competitive applicant pool. The program provides participants with access to a multi-disciplinary network of experienced industry professionals, opportunities for engagement with ACLI and other industry leaders, as well as professional development and leadership training resources.
