WASHINGTON – The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) today announced the next class of participants in the ACLI Rising Leader Program. Over the coming year, the 25 members of the class of 2026 will deepen their understanding of ACLI’s mission in support of policies that help families and individuals achieve financial security throughout every stage of life.
The program also provides participants with opportunities for professional and leadership development, empowering them to advance into the next stages of their careers.
“We are delighted to welcome the newest members of our Rising Leader program,” said ACLI President and CEO David Chavern. “Now in its third year, this initiative continues to equip emerging professionals from ACLI member companies with the tools they need to become tomorrow’s industry leaders. Their growth benefits both their companies and the broader life insurance industry, ensuring we can continue to meet Americans’ changing financial protection needs.”
The program officially launches in October at ACLI’s Annual Conference. Throughout the year, participants will attend ACLI meetings and gain firsthand knowledge about advocacy and consensus building from experienced industry peers. Their achievements will be recognized at ACLI’s Annual Conference in October 2026.
