News Release

WASHINGTON – The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) today welcomed participants from ACLI member companies to its 2025 Rising Leader program. Over the next year, the class of 2025 will enhance their understanding of ACLI’s work in support of life insurers’ mission to help families and individuals build greater financial certainty through all stages of life.

The program also offers participants opportunities for professional and leadership development that will help them as they advance in the next stage of their careers.

“We are thrilled to welcome the newest members of our Rising Leader program,” said ACLI President and CEO Susan Neely. “The class of 2025 will learn how ACLI advocates for public policies that help 90 million families who rely on life insurers for financial protection and retirement security. Now in its second year, the program is providing the next generation of professionals with the tools they need to be tomorrow’s industry leaders.”

The program officially begins in September at ACLI’s Annual Conference. Program participants will attend ACLI meetings and learn about advocacy and consensus building from seasoned industry peers. Their accomplishments will be recognized at ACLI’s Annual Conference in October 2025.
