WASHINGTON – American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) Executive Vice President, Government Relations Joyce Meyer has been named a “2021 Top Lobbyist” by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE). 

The annual designation recognizes individuals who “showed significant 2021 success, took an innovative approach to their field, and demonstrated commitment to give back to their community and profession, as well as adherence to the highest ethical standards,” NILE said in a statement. 

“In a year defined by disruption, Joyce’s leadership has been a steadying force on issues affecting consumers’ financial and retirement security,” said ACLI President and CEO Susan Neely. “Whether it's expanding access to paid family and medical leave, ensuring consumers have the tools they need to protect their financial futures, or addressing financial inequality, she has been a strong advocate for policies that bring meaningful change for all Americans.”
