Charlynn Driscoll

Charlynn Driscoll serves as Senior Vice President, Membership Relations at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), where she leads member strategy and engagement. Her work includes overseeing committees to ensure diverse, representative participation; leading member integration initiatives; and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver clear, accurate, and high-value member experience.

A strategic, relationship-driven senior association leader, Charlynn brings more than two decades of experience advancing member engagement, operational excellence, and organizational performance across complex mission-driven organizations. Known for building trust at the executive and board levels, she specializes in developing association-wide membership strategies that strengthen engagement, increase long-term retention, and align volunteer leadership with organizational goals.

Prior to joining ACLI, Charlynn held leadership roles at the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, International Foodservice Distributors Association, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association, where she consistently delivered measurable growth in attendance, revenue, and member satisfaction. Her background also includes leading large-scale national and international events, managing high-profile stakeholder engagements, and advising C-suite and board leaders on membership dynamics, governance integration, and association best practices.

Charlynn attended James Madison University and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Development Program. She is actively engaged in community leadership and advocacy, including service with Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). She is widely regarded as a collaborative, data-informed leader who advances organizational effectiveness through member-centric strategy and operational excellence.
