Venkat Kannan is an experienced technical accountant currently focusing on M&A/Divestitures, ESG, Corporate and Other accounting topics at MetLife. He has a proven track record of successfully leading large and complex financial accounting and reporting, ESG/sustainability, accounting policy, M&A/divestitures, internal audits, and financial and operational risk transformation engagements both in the United States and globally. Before joining MetLife, Venkat led the accounting policy team and demonstrated exceptional performance as a participant in the Talent Acceleration Program for high-performing and high-potential associates at Broadridge.
