ACLI has developed online resources to assist insurance companies in complying with new regulations, issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, requiring life insurers to establish anti-money laundering (AML) programs and to integrate their agents and brokers into these programs. Insurers must comply with the regulations on May 2, 2006. Available resources include:
