Life Reinsurance Treaty Sourcebook, Second Edition is a vital resource for life reinsurance industry professionals. It was created by a volunteer task force of ACLI members--21 from direct writers and 21 from reinsurers, representing 18 member companies--over a span of 18 months, including an extensive peer review. The task force’s guiding principles were to encourage discussion of potential conflict areas during contract negotiation, remain agnostic on market practice, and create a unique reference tool.
