Registration Fees

The registration fee includes breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and receptions. The registration fees are as follows:

**Special Discounted Group Registration Fee Opportunity
If five (5) or more individual employees from the same company register for ReFocus 2010, each individual registrant may take advantage of a group registration fee of $895 per person. Individuals using this registration option must register for the full conference registration. (Note: Moderator and presenter registrations do not qualify towards the required five-registrant per company minimum). The code to use is FOCUSX03.

Please note that if a registrant’s company does not ultimately meet the aforementioned eligibility criteria (e.g., there are fewer than five registrants from the company who paid the qualifying full conference fee), registrants will receive a notice of any balance due based on the difference between the regular applicable rate and the group discounted rate.

Mail
Payment and registration sent by mail usually take 7-10 business days for receipt and processing. Mail-in registration and payment must be received no later than February 26, 2010. Mail your registration form with check payable to:

In Person On Site
If you are unable to register in advance, you may register at the ReFocus on-site registration desk at the Ritz Carlton Lake Las Vegas.

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Registration Confirmation
Confirmations are e–mailed upon completion of registration. Please check your confirmation e-mail to make sure your information is correct.

By e-mailing genevabarber@acli.com, you may make changes to your registration until February 12, 2010.

Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations received before February 15, 2010 will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. GOLF cancellations received before February 1, 2010 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please send the request on company letterhead via e-mail to acliconferences@acli.com or by fax to 202-624-2425. NO conference refunds will be issued after Friday, February 15, 2010.
