I'm new to ACLI.com. How do I sign up?
Click on "sign up" at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to submit your e-mail address and profile information. In a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail containing your password. If you do not receive an e-mail containing your password or you continue to have trouble, contact WebAdmin@acli.com.
What is my user ID?
Your full business e-mail address. If it has changed, contact WebAdmin@acli.com.
I forgot my password. How do I find out what it is?
Click on "forgot my password" at the right side of the home page and follow the prompts. If you do not receive an e-mail containing your password or you continue to have trouble, contact WebAdmin@acli.com.
How can I change my password?
Log on at www.acli.com and click on "My ACLI" at the top of the page. Click on "Login" and follow the instructions for changing your password.
I entered my password and user ID, but my login failed. What do I do?
If you have your www.acli.com login e-mail, first copy (press CTRL+C at the same time), then paste (CTRL+V) your user id and password from the e-mail into the login fields on the home page. (Note: Your password is case-sensitive.)
You can also retrieve your password anytime by clicking on "forgot my password" at the right of the home page and following the prompts. If you continue to have trouble, contact WebAdmin@acli.com.

Insurance Policies
My relative had an insurance policy, but I can't find it. What can I do?
ACLI does not conduct policy searches, but full instructions for finding a lost policy are posted. As an alternative, MIB, an insurance trade association, offers a policy locater service for a fee. For more information about this service, visit MIB's Web site: http://www.policylocator.com/.
My relative had an insurance policy with a company that has changed its name. What can I do?
Contact your state insurance department for information on all insurance companies.
