(June 10, 2008) — Stephen Rahn, vice president and associate general counsel, Lincoln Financial Group, testified today on behalf of the American Council of Life Insurers before the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance and Government Sponsored Enterprises on the Insurance Information Act of 2008 (H.R. 5840), sponsored by Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D-PA), chairman of the panel.
